Today I received the first Techco cold air intake kit, for installation and testing on our '09 Challenger R/T. The installation took about an hour and the kit included everything we needed, and the parts were so well-crafted! We took a bunch of pics every step of the way, so this will be a long read, but as comprehensive as possible for anyone wanting to install the Techco kit. At the end of this post, there is a link to a video of the new "wooshing" from this kit, too!
First things first, you will need a Techco cold air kit, which you can order here: http://www.bmcspeedshop.com/SearchResults.asp?Search=techco+cold+air+intake
Here are some pics of the kit contents, as well as measurements of the large components and air filter.

Remove your factory air box and tubing. For instructions on how to do that, click here: http://www.bmcperformance.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1324

Place the tapered billet housing on the inside of the air box, lining up the holes with those on the box:
