Need help trying to figure out what can I do next to my 2010 SE challenger to give it more horsepower. Just put a k&n air fliter in and put a series 40 flowmaster exhaust on. Sounds great just want more horsepower!!!

If you want to go thrifty you can probably pick up a Diablo Sport Predator (U7136) for cheap now a days. The predator is phased out and replaced by the in-tune which has the same tunes to load but a newer version and easier to operate. Check with our sponsored vendors -they'll be more than happy to help you out.

I agree, a Predator would really help out, and I'm sure you can pick one up cheap now, maybe under $200 now?

All SE's are autos, so not only would the tunes give you a little boost in power, but you can also adjust the shift points in the transmission (I believe you can anyway since you can in the R/T's). That would help your car feel a little more responsive too.

Thanks guys! I looked up Diablo Sport Predator (U7136) on Amazon. They have it for $300 so I am going to give it a try!

$300 sounds pretty steep for a unit that's being phased out. Check with some vendors here on the Z - Speedlogix ($259) and 213 ($289). Or else post up an ad in the "want to buy" section.

$300 is what they used to be new when they first came out I think. Now that they're older you can probably find a better deal elsewhere. Maybe $200-$250 at the right vendor or from a forum member?

You SE guys can supercharge your cars for around $3K? Seriously? That's pretty sweet! With a cheaper supercharger setup on an R/T I've seen them at $5K just for the supercharger not including install or any tuning.

Good luck with the Predator if you get one soon, I was happy with mine when I hooked mine up on my car!

Actually I think it's a little more like under 2k. I don't know because since everyone was doing it, the demand for the universal supercharger went up, so it may be like that. Hell, I think anyone can do it, se, rt, or srt8, just a different tune. A lot of the supercharger is paying for the name of the brand. PM me and i'll give you the contact info of the guy I know who knows all about it.

Yeah 300 is too much. can wait and get one used or speedlogix has em for 271 total shipping. Had mine in 3 days. If you have a laptop with a usb port don't get the powered 9 pin to usb cable. I had one one hand and just used the car to power the predator while it was plugged in lap top for update.

inachu, I ended up buying the K&N High Performance filter instead of the cai. Read a bunch of reviews and decided the filter was better than installing a cai.

I bought a K&N filter for my car a while back and noticed slightly better mileage but not a whole lot of performance over stock. I think some guys dyno'd the filters and got 2-3 hp more over stock. Then other guys said they got 0 hp difference. Who knows. Its only $45 or something and you can re-use it if you clean it yourself, so its just a matter of preference like a lot of things.

CAI's definitely look cool, but like you, I decided that for the money I'd be better off with something else. I've heard some add up to 8-10 hp, but I always have a hard time finding dyno sheets or the real actual people who got that on their cars and not just some guy stating something he read on a previous thread in a forum somewhere.

If you want to wake your car up a little though I'd PM that guy above that has the Predator for sale for $175. That's a good investment there!

I just bought an SE (2010). Love the car but also want more HP. I plan on getting a cool air intake, dual exhaust, and a performance chip. I was told that the chip would void my warranty though. Are there any out there that I can just remove when I take it to the dealer for service. Don't know to much about performance chips. Thanks.
