2011 SXT DONE

2011 SXT DONE

I had the car for 11 days! ELEVEN!! Some old dude blew a stop sign in his Silverado and I T-Boned him at 45MPH (right behind the driver's door). Sent him spinning like a top!
I got the worst of it - broken nose, broken nose, and a jacked up foot. GF, our son, her daughter, and our kitten were fine.

It was pretty nuts to say the least! After this, I knew that I would be a Challenger owner for the rest of my life. These cars are built to endure some serious damage!
After the wreck, I was the most pissed I have ever been - it was like poking Dad Bear with a stick. Maybe it was the Mopar Gods telling me I should've got a Hemi... LOL! So that's what I did! 3 days later, I went back to the dealership and said I broke it... need a new one. Drove off in a 2012 R/T Classic.
Just traded that in 3 weeks ago for a 18' 392 T/A and LOVING that more than the R/T!

@VIXFIX Thanks! I've had her for about a month - named her Topanga because... well... she's every boy's wet dream! HAHA!
I live in Appleton (near Green Bay) and will actually be bringing her to her first car show (with me as the owner) on Sunday to the New London car show (weather permitting of course). Many other car shows planned throughout the summer and even as late as October - should be another busy summer of polishing and showing as I did for the R/T.

Wow, I'm just now seeing this, but you guys got lucky. Your guardian angels are tired now, but the comment above about cars being able to be replaced but people cannot is more than true. Glad everyone is okay!! thats good to know that our cars are sturdy though.
