In the eve of St. Valentine's day I took my wife (she had to be in her work as hospital physician on Friday and Sunday

) and our Christine for a drive to marvelous location ca 45 miles north of Prague... The landscape there is sandstone-based, with many narrow and deep valleys, narrow curvy loads, everything snow covered (the area is nature reserve so no salt is applied to the local roads - just ploughed). We walked through the surroundings of small castle called Houska (old folk legend says there is hell-gate; if I had met some devil, I would ask him kindly to take all the crazy green progressivists with

... unfortunately it's all just legend). The AWD is truly amazing, Christine climbs quite a steep gradients in snow incredibly - even being stopped by local people curious whether we really wanted to reach the parking lot up there. Sorry the picture is off-center as there was a none-too special car to our right side).
