Thats not a sleeper...a sitting in the bush R/T maybe, but not a sleeper. Maybe add an old school pistol grip shifter but other than that not sure I wouldn't just cut and paste all that to an eventual work order (I'll work on winning the lottery for now). So much nicer than owning a painting but I'd argue that it is also art. Congratulations...

This is not an overnight build. How long did it take to put it all together?

About four years...
Over those four years were there times when your Challenger was drivable or was it put away through the build?
You must think my questions to be __ (fill in blank).
My wife has considered us doing a project car but I really don't think she understands the scale the undertaking would require.

The longest it was down at any one time was a couple of months, and that should have never happened. The idea was to keep it driveable in between the mods, and the main reason it took so long was money. About the only thing that is still stock on the drive train is the differential, and that has a brace on it. Oh yeah, the block is still stock, well sort of...

BTW, after I supercharged it, I did the build from the rear axles forward so I wouldn't break anything...
