    Greetings fellow Z members,

I want to thank all who have ever nominated me in the past. I am not here for the competition but to learn and help. I have been nominated 5+ times and have always ended up last in the running. Though I am not into the spirit of competition, it is a little discourageing to keep seeing these results. I have decided not to be eligible for the MOTM anymore. Once again, thanks to all who have ever nominated or voted for me in the past, It was greatly appreciated.

So just because u dont win and its discourageing u are going to stop trying all together. You are very helpful here, as all your nominations wll concur. The motm is not a contest u are trying to win, its just an extra thing that shows how much u help other fourm members with there problems. So why be discourged because u dont win? You should be honerd just to be nominated because of the help u know u give us everyday.

Tom, I agree with HI ON PCP on many of his points.
I know I have nominated you and voted for you on more than one occasion. And I've rowed the same boat - being nominated and coming up short in the voting more than once myself.
Therein, I realized that the total tally on votes wasn't as important to me as knowing a significant number of the fine folks in this community felt my contributions were noteworthy enough to continue to recognize them by nominating me over a number of months. Garnering the most votes or the least number of votes in any monthly contest doesn't add to or diminish the value of what you've contributed in any way. I know I've used your "how to's" on more than one occasion, which saved me a lot of fumbling and costly mistakes.
With over 6700 members on this site, to be a finalists so many times speaks volumes as to how much your contributions are recognized and appreciated!
    :33:
I'd hate to not be able to nominate or vote for such a great contributor!
I don't think you should withdraw your name.

    That's just MHO.

Man, I agree with 09CD here 100000%!!! Also,I think the fact that after someone loses a MOTM, he or she has to skip the next month is dumb. WHY???? If they lost, they should be able to get nominated the next month too!!! JMHO

Tom, Hi on PCP and Dad is right.
Listen, I actually got two nominations this month. Was I SHOCKED.
I am honored that two people even thought of me....lol
You contribute a lot to this forum and to be nominated 5 times speaks volumes. Every one who is nominated is a winner IMO. Weather you "win" or not really is secondary.

    Don't withdraw your name buddy.
