Has anybody wired in the inner lights or better yet, can the inner lights be wired in to be on when the headlights/parking lights are turned on ? Don't want to affect the outer brake lights obviously but I like having the tail lights on all the way across like the later models.

They should be on when you have the lights turned on. Sure they are not burned out or have a disconnect with the wire going to them?
