Does anyone know how many 2015 factory scat pack cars have been made already? Seems to me, at least here in the midwest, that they have been available only sporatically at a few dealers. And, those dealers that have had them, have only had one. I realize that we have seen only the first production run so far. I looked for mine set up the way I wanted in 5 states here in midwest. Jumped on her when I found 2 states away after after local dealer wouldn't work with me on price.

I'm hoping they are going to be a rare production by Dodge. I love mine and feel I got a fantastic deal.

I don't think they will be a "rare" item. Like you say, they are into their first production run, so I think most of the emphasis right now are getting the most "buyable" models, hence that is why you are seeing mostly SXT's in the dealers' lots.

It also seems to me that like the SRT Cores, the Scat Pack is a Great Value compared to the upper models and will be very popular.

I'm even considering oe myself when B5 Blue becomes available.

I agree with you on the rare statement bad8nti. It was a stroke of genius by production team to develope scat pack cars the way they are in 2015!
Heck! 6.4L Hemi with 485HP and 470lbft tq. at 42K. What a bargain! Steering wheel is heated too! I bought the 6 speed manual and consider it an honor to pay the $1,000 gas guzzler tax!

Usually you can write to Dodge to get production numbers for your car, but generally have to wait until the next model year as production is ongoing at this time. I also agree with Dan that it most likely won't be too rare, for one it seems to be proving quite popular and two I think it's destined to continue for at least the next few years.
