Just got coil packs and spark plugs changed by dealership 3 month ago because car was hiccuping idling and when changing gears. Now it's doing the same thing when idling and 1st gear there is a hesitation. Wondering if it could be the coil pack or plugs again or is it something else

If the new coil packs and plugs solved your initial problem (for three months) and now it's resurfaced, take it back to the dealership. One more thing. Welcome to the Forum from Illinois! ;)

Couple of things Are the Coil Packs OEM or After Market because RIPP's seem to cause Hiccups , Next the Electrical issue could be a Ground Issue with the Ignition
Is your PCM a OEM or has it been replaced with an Unlocked Unit ?

I got some OEM coils if you are looking to get some if the dealer isn't helping you much; if you think you may want to try another set.

no coil packs are from dealer and when it did it before the dealship said spark plug burned a hole in one of the coil packs.

If the spark plug is burning a hole in one of the coil packs, my first thought is the spark plug might not be gapped to spec. If that's the case, it still falls back to the dealer of whoever installed the coil packs. Hopefully you would have installed new plugs along with the coil packs, but even if you didn't and the plugs are the original plugs, they still should have pulled them and checked the gaps.
