2023 Scat Pack just arrived, but damaged :(

My 2023 just came in, and the rear bumper has a chunk out of it and cracks. So they have to replace the whole wraparound bumper assembly/cover. Well at least it's still mud/snow season so it was going into storage anyway.

I was given a full Vin. And when I look at the vin#'s of inventory enroute to some local dealerships, they have Vin sequentials 40,000-50,000 higher than my Vin. I've asked the dealership twice to look into it and nothing has changed. When I call corporate, their answer is always- contact your dealership, they have the best information. It's like a huge circle of unaccountability. I even considered going to pickup the original one I ordered as it's still on the lot, but I've found so many issues with the headliner replacement, I just can't spend that kind of money on a brand new, poorly repaired car that had the windshield removed and reinstalled already. Plus it has paint damage from the repair process.
Thanks for listening. I'll keep you all updated.
Did you order a shaker? I’ve heard they have parts shortages on some of the up fitting. I was also offered a replacement order when mine came in with the cracked bumper. I wasn’t willing to chance not getting a replacement scat pack wb shaker m6 when mine was the only one allotted to my dealer.

No, my order is for a WBSP, F8 green. If mine was a bumper issue, I would have requested them try to get me one pre-painted from the factory. The bumpers are always painted in batches off the car. That's why they rarely truly match the body exactly. Look at any challenger/Charger with a flake paint like F8, you'll notice a slight difference. This is a pic of a 2019 I had ordered back then. You can see the slight difference between the top edge of the front fender and the top edge of the front facia/bumper.
