60k mile service cost... what the f--

It depends on what they are doing. At 60,000 miles the spark plugs should be changed. Should be the 2nd time, there are 16. Should only be an hour job. Coolant should be changed. Not sure what else they include. At 50k I did coolant transmission and rear differential fluids. Did it myself so I have no idea what the dealer would charge. I think 5 hours labor for all that is probably right. Probably 250-300 in parts.

Got that right! There's only 12 beers in a box and 16 plugs. Now you have to move up to a 30 pk.
Plugs 15 and 16 can be tough.
Yes a wobbly makes it much easier though. I think the worst is the transmission, having to use a fluid pump sucks, that and building a trough for the fluid to reach a drain pain. The rear is easier to drain but still needs a fluid pump to fill.

Hey there. I'm asking for clarification because I want to make sure I'm taking the proper care of my Challenger. I have a 2016 RT with the 5.7 liter. So I should change spark plugs, change transmission fluid and flush out the radiator and put new coolant in? My owner's manual says spark plug change and flushing the radiator/replacing the coolant shouldn't have to be done until 150,000 miles. If I should do these sooner then I absolutely will. I just want to keep my car running at peak performance. It's stock right now but I hope to start modifying within the next six months.
Go by your manual, when I did that I still had my 2010, different schedule on that.
