74 challenger dash question

74 challenger, on my gauge cluster on right hand side I have what looks like a factory made hole it is located on the piece that is at a 90 angle to dash any idea what was in that location:4-dontknow:

Is this what you are referring to, I think it was a fasten seat belt light.
