The title of this thread "A millennial doesn't know."

So I just wonder if they know who said this: "Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country." Are they all staying home, isolating, protecting their parents and grandparents.??
They should require all high school students to watch the 1940 movie The Grapes of Wrath. Then they would get some perspective on real hardship. That movie should be an eye opener to all of us living today.
John F. Kennedy! Don't get me started on today's kids and schools!

And the President who said that also got the income tax reduced...

I graduated from high school in 1968, and I used that famous John Kennedy quote in my graduation speech. Democrats today would never say that. Too bad.

The Honeymooners was one of my favorites back in the day. Despite the serious lack of props, the show was hysterical. Every now and then WPIX still runs a Honeymooners marathon.
I thought that was a skit on the Jackie Gleason Show. I was never much of a JG fan.

I'm showing my age, but, Harry Morgan was Friday's partner in the second run from 1967 to 1970.
In the 1951 to 1959 Dragnet, Ben Alexander as Officer Frank Smith was Sgt. Friday's partner.
Martin Milner who played Officer Malloy in ADAM-12 was Stephen Banner in Dragnet.
So many of the actors who played in Dragnet are now well known for their rolls in later movies and TV shows.
Oh, and Clint Eastwood. That was an easy one
