I also have one on mine. Instructions tell you to seat the shaker bracket all the way down in the front, and tell you which way to line up the scoop base when you tighten it down. This is a good starting point, but I had to tweek mine, move it around a little back and forth, until I got it just right. Also included are rubber caps for the Shaker bolts. Mine does compress the gasket more on the passenger side, but I have not had any paint rubbing issues. I love it and think the look is far better with it.

I thought about painting my Shaker grill but decided to go with true orange LED strips inside instead. Tied to the marker light (for now). I love the look.
