Thanks for looking at my dilemma.

2009 Challenger RT 5.7 w/ 6spd manual transmission.

Power steering pump is bad. Only power steering pumps available are for automatics.

Does anybody have a solution to replacing this bad pump?

Thanks Again!

I’m surprised they are different. Have you looked at one for an automatic to see if it’s different?

Get one for the automatic. You need a complete assembly. Here is one as an example.

But because the automatic and M6 pulley is a different diameter, you got to get a belt for an automatic. Also check your tensioner and idler pulley for bad bearings.

Thanks John.

So I’ll need the pump, reservoir, pulley & belt for the automatic. Do you know if I’ll need anything else farther back or any different hoses? Or are the 4 items listed sufficient?

Thanks Again!
