So i bought my car Monday after Christmas, it was all prepped an ready to drive, well a week later i see that the moron who prepped it left this sticky stuff on all 4 corners of bumpers. then as im checking it out i see blemishes in paint an the primer coming through the door jam. so take to dealer leave it all day, they say they sent pics off to Dodge well i had to call customer service about dealer not getting back to me about the problem well guess what? i get a call from dealer that they will fix my car. they never got in touch with Dodge in the 2 weeks i had it there. lets see what happens now..sorry a long story.

Although it may feel wrong, I think the dealer is going about repairing these issues correctly. Whether its your paint, a fuel pump or alternator, that is what they are employed for. They represent Dodge and are there to take care of these types of issues.

home theater guy, im just pissed that they never turned in the pics to dodge like they told me they did. i had to find out from dodge they didn't send them in soooo they bull crapped me...it took me to call in a complaint for the dealer to call me and say they will fix it.

They are repainting door jam and wheeling out the rest of the car, hope they have a clue. Lol

Well just let you all know, i left my car with dealer for 5 days to repair all paint issues after having some issues with the service department and them messing it up even more, one service writer took my car and sent to body shop and had all problems fixed instead of jerking me around like the other service writers did the paint is like glass a great job. just want to thank Alexa at browns chrysler in patchoque N.Y. for doing the right job for me.....
