It was 90 degrees here today, so I figured I would do something that I've wanted to do for a little while. I pulled the Classic Stripes off of my R/T. They were getting kinda ratty, so I thought I would give it a go. It took me 25 minutes to get them off using only my fingernails. I picked at the end of each piece until I got enough up to grab hold and then I slowly and steadily pulled them at a perpendicular angle. The sun had made them flexible enough that they easily pulled off. It took another half hour to clean the wax and glue residue off with Pre-Clean.

There's nothing wrong with the "nekked" look Dan, infact I kind of like it.

Wow! I love it Dan!! I think many people know I am not crazy about too many stripes, so I think you have a beautiful car. Can't believe how nice it came out. Can't even tell they were there!

I gotta say I like the R/T stripes on the Classic......but there's not much you could do to ruin the look of the car......other than 48" wheels............

She looks great the Challenger's lines just look great with or with out stripes. I think the R/T classic stripe looks great as well but when I had the R/T stripes pulled off to put on the AAR stripes there was a moment looking that the car nekked I was thinking that looks Rosie looks freaking sexy do I really want to do this....

Car looks really clean, good to know it doesnt take much effort to get the stripes off if you wanna clean look..........so are you gonna go back with some other stripes or are you just going to leave them off?
