Has anyone hooked up a backup camera to their UConnect 730N? Does anyone at least know if the 730N has the proper connections in the back of the head unit to hook up a backup camera?

I have one in mine, you have to buy an adapter like a lockpick though........

I have the "Lockpick V5" that "Lockpick Air" is new, I like that! looks like now you can transmit your cellphone display on there, that could come in handy!

I agree! I'm damn near tempted to buy the air and sell my V5 but I'm trying to hold back!! Damn its tough though! I gotta quit, I still have a set of half covers for the engine sitting on the dining room table brand new in the box, aint even opened them or installed them yet!

Lets me see if I understand this right? In order to have a backup camera work properly through your radio (mine happens to be a RER N730) we will need to also purchase an adopter, like the lockpick, because some of the radio features are locked from the factory and these adopters unlocks them?

Ive been researching backup camera, which there are too many to mention, and now its my understanding that none of them will work with my car radio unless I install an adopter first. Is that correct?
