I don't think so. Here's the page for all Corsa exhaust systems that will fit your 2016 R/T (5.7L): 2016 Dodge Challenger R/T - Coupe (5.7L V8).

As to how to make it fit, you can try to contact Corsa support, or call a muffler shop to see if they can recommend and sell you an adaptor.

You need 2.75 at the cat outlet pipes, or like Hemimetal says an adaptor.
