It's not too difficult to datalog. You basically just record various parameters with your tuner while driving, then download that file onto your laptop, and then email it to the tuner. They review it, make some adjustments to your tune, email you a revised tune file, you load it on the tuner, load it into the car, run another datalog, send that file to the tuner again, and usually after 2-3 revisions you're good. You'll need to download some software onto your laptop in order to send tune files back and forth.
It's good you have an A/F ratio gauge already. That really helps dial things in, especially if you switch fuels sometimes to race and one fuel has more oxygen content than the normal fuel you run.
