I have an 11 R/T, already did the blastin bobs res delete kit w/o glass packs. Its not loud enough for me. I'm thinking about removing the mufflers and just putting straight pipe. Any ideas or anyone who has done this already???

I have a friend with a R/T auto car. He straight piped it and it was really loud but it back fired a lot when getting off the highway. I dont know if it was his tune or the straight pipe. He ended up going with long tube headers and a true dual exhaust system. He also changed the tune. Go for it. If you dont like it then you can always change it.

I ended up putting a set of dynomax ultra Flo mufflers on last night. Sounds pretty good. Not too loud but good

I see you have an auto. I think you would not be happy with the results you would get with straight pipes.
