You may want to pull the radio fuse before disconnecting the battery. Can't remember why, saw it recommended in a thread a while back. You'll only need to reset the clock as the radio will keep your presets.

It will also reset the Adaptives in your PCM, which isn't a bad thing.

^^ Think of pcm as a brain and it remembers your driving style. Clearing it will reset everything. It will not do any harm. Some pull the #2 fuse for same reason and swear their car seems more responsive.
