Hello fellow challenger owners,
My name is Emily and I have a 2012 RT Challenger. My check engine light came on today so I took it to Advanced Auto Parts and they checked it out for me. They said it had to do with the camshaft position sensor and something about the camshaft exhaust. The man working there looked just as clueless as I was feeling. I talked to a few people and they recommended that I take it to the dealership, however all the dealerships near by are unable to see it until 2 weeks from now and I really need to get this checked out ASAP! I'm leaving for Texas Tech University this weekend and I have to make the 9hr drive from Houston to Lubbock. What do y'all suggest I should do?

I'd get ahold of the dealer that you purchased the car from and complain to the service manager (or even the general manager) and explain your situation to them. Be polite and request that they look at it ASAP. Especially if it's still under warranty.
