I am just posting this because the nice people at Farrish in Fairfax, Virginia went beyond expectations with the recent input shaft/spline (the Star Center Case issue) with my 2009 RT.

Did they have to do this? No. However, they covered it, minus the $100 deductible that JMA would have charged me.

For this reason, they get an A+ in my book.

That is my dealer as well! I got my 2014 there and have a 2015 B5 SP on order. Their sales manager (Terry) is very helpful. I generally don't use their service dept but its good to know its there if I need it!
