Fast 102 or 6.4 intake manifold for RT

Hey guys I’m considering a few different options for an upgraded intake manifold and have it lowered down to either the 6.4 or the FAST 102mm intake. I’ve been told that the FAST doesn’t require any rewiring or anything of that nature while the 6.4 requires it. I’m not electrically inclined at all lol. When it comes to the FAST, there’s not much information on if I need any additional mounting items or just the intake itself. Does anyone know what I need? Also is it even worth it to get this over the 6.4 manifold considering my level of electrical skills in rewiring and rerouting wires?

I've never heard of the fast intake manifold for the hemi. Most of there stuff is LS series. Although I could be wrong.
you can get a whole 6.4 kit that will have intake manifold, map sensor ,active runner valve controller etc. for a little over $1100 plus $400 of you want it ported larger
You still need to get your own 6.4 style intake. And tuning. Seems like a lot for like 15 HP. Big ported intake manifolds are more of a supporting mod for other modifications. Not really a power adder of it's own accord.
102mm intake and throttle body won't add any power of your engine isn't flowing more air from big camshaft, bigger valves, ported heads, exhaust headers etc.

I suggest you research YouTube, not everyone that has done these 6.4L intake mods got good results, that is why I personally just let this idea go when I had it myself. Even hooked up properly the 6.4L manifold takes Dyno tuning to set the runners up properly for the 5.7L engine, or else you get a lag at the runner opening point. The 6.4L manifold was one thing specifically designed and tuned for the additional 47 cu.in. of the 392.

As SweetT said the FAST is GM.

All you really need with your 5.7 is to make sure the intake manifold is properly torqued down and as far as the throttle body going massively larger naturally aspirated will not help your performance, it will hurt it.

Larger TB's just bolted on causes more Air than Fuel meaning leaning out an Engine. Running an engine too lean (with a fuel-air mixture that's too light on fuel) can cause overheating, damage to valves and spark plugs, reduced power, and potentially complete engine failure if not addressed. Your Factory TB is optimized for the displacement from Factory sadly people today have bad misunderstanding that its like adding a larger Carb on an old School Engine it's not. Even those days required Tuning and Proper Fuel and Air to Displacement of the Engine. Carbs also had to be adjusted for proper Air to Fuel which a Carb did both. Your TB is a Air Vent into the Engine only and Your 2019 is going to require a PCM Unlock and Tune or your going to get horrible issues.

More issues broken down when too large of a TB is installed.
Overheating:
A lean mixture burns hotter than a rich mixture, leading to increased temperatures in the combustion chamber.
Valve and Spark Plug Damage:
Prolonged lean operation can cause valves to burn and spark plugs to overheat and melt, leading to premature failure.
Reduced Power:
The incomplete combustion caused by a lean mixture results in a loss of power and efficiency.
Engine Misfires:
A lean mixture can lead to engine misfires, which can further exacerbate issues like overheating and damage.
Engine Failure:
In severe cases, a consistently lean-running engine can lead to complete engine failure.
Other symptoms:
Hesitation on acceleration, rough idle, stalling, and a check engine light can also indicate an engine running lean.
Causes of lean running:
Faulty oxygen sensors, vacuum leaks, clogged fuel injectors, a bad fuel pump, or a faulty mass airflow sensor can all contribute to an engine running lean.

You need to watch out for false legacy claims you can just whip this stuff on and have your car run like a beast. So many fall for this because 20k people not know like and follow
someone who posted something. Show me the Dyno and Prove the Mods is my take there is more to adding and doing performance mods than bolting on things and falling for false
claims by MFG and Social Media Post.

You can have your 5.7 manifold opened up. As well as the 6.4 without all of the headaches. So it's not all bad, I believe Holley and a couple others do make an intake manifold for the 5.7 if your just wanting a nice show piece for under the hood an eliminator, or cathedral style.
Shauns customs makes a really impressive looking one but it will run you about $4500 so put your cc in the freezer before buying. Lol.
