After driving/start/stop: Engine fully heated; the flashers are now coming on and I can't get them to stop. Pushing the flasher button will not stop them.
After the car cools down, I am able to press the button and get them to stop.
Is there a fuse for the flashers?

Try pulling the negative battery cable from the battery for about 15 minutes. That has been known to reset some of these weird electrical problems.

Is your Challenger still under warranty? If so I would recommend a trip to the dealer.
