I am not very mechanically inclined by any means and after looking at so many mods that everyone has done on here I decided to just give it a try. I purchased a footwell lighting kit from Dynamic Diodes and this was the end result. I am happy with it and I am ready for another mod :naughty:.

Was hard to do for me since I am not very good at doing these modifications. You just have to commit and give it a go. You will never know until you try right? I can tell you I took the two carpet inserts out under the dash. There was no other place to zip tie the LED strips without the carpet inserts out. As for my back lighting you know how the back of the seat kinda curls under? I notched out two small holes and zipped tied the LED strips to that. You can't see the LED strips when the seat is in the normal position. I hope this answers your question. If you need more answers I will do my best to get them to you.
There is a manual switch that you install and you also get an RF module with a remote.

I tapped in with the lighter power with the quick connects that were included in the kit. I really hate cutting factory wires if I can avoid it.
