Front wheel spacers

I know this is an old topic. I have researched and benefitted from the spare tire info. I have the whole set up of the 18 inch Mopar donut spare tire and jack. But No where can I find what size spacer I need to clear the front wheel 4 piston caliper.

5 by 115 to 5 by 115 wheel adapter, wheel spacer, dodge challenger spacer
