Cervini makes good hoods. They're made out of fiberglass so they'll never rust. I bought a Cervini hood with a Ram Air kit for my wife's Mustang.

If you're just looking to make the air intakes functional in your stock hood, then you can find drilled-out intake inserts at a Dodge dealer or online (eBay). These won't actually force air into the air induction system but they do help to ventilate the engine compartment.

If you are looking for making the stock hood scoops functional, the best place to look will be eBay. Steve White Motors offers good prices and fast shipment. I got mine from their eBay store.
