So, my next step for the challenger I'm looking into long tube headers and a exhaust to match. I'd like to get something that will still be ideal after procharging the engine. Any suggestions/recommendations are greatly appreciated.

I suggest PM'ing williamsRT on here. He did some serious modding to his car and ran headers and a supercharger, sure he could give you a heads up on some of your questions. Seems like the most popular longtube headers on here are Kooks. Don't know that they gain a whole lot of hp on a relatively stock car, but once you throw a supercharger on it they definitely help.
