On a "cold start" only, we are experiencing a high pitched squeal just a second before the engine fires. I will be taking her to the MOPAR hospital Monday for an overnight stay. I'll let you know the results.

Hospital

Thank you, friends. The initial diagnosis by "listening" by the service manager points to a leaky injector.

I am unable to post the short video in which the sound can be heard, but, if anyone wants to hear it, I can email to you.

Staying over night? That is cool I never was a big fan of same day surgery procedures, LOL! :str:

I seriously hope it is a simply matter and you get her back healthy!

Update

She spent the night in the dealer's shop. Fist thing this morning, she would not squeal. They waited in increments of three hours between starts and no squal. They'll keep her overnight again. Stay tuned!

Official diagnosis

NO PROBLEM FOUND!
After many starts, she would not scream. Does that not figure?
:hah: Perhaps it's the driver, not the car.
We'll see what happens. Thanks again for the kind wishes.
