Hi all,

I received the allocation summary for March.

I was a bit disturbed at reading that there will be no allocations for March production.

I'm not sure why this is, perhaps is to try and clear the backlog they currently have.

I have already emailed our rep at Chrylser to clarify the situation.

I'll keep you all posted.

That's pretty bad news for those wanting new orders, Andy. But it's best to get the house cleaned up!

I know, I just wish they would sort it out quickly.

I was hoping that all the scheduling would have been sorted by the summer and that these started becoming readily available again.

I hope its because they clearing the backlog though, there are a lot of people who deserve to be sat in their new car by now.

Andy,

I just got the same info from our dealer here.

And we just confirmed going back to BX this morning (from BG).

As someone stuck in BX from the beginning, I hope they are catching up.

I hope this isn't a bad thing in general for production of the Hellcat lineup.

It is interesting to me that Dodge keeps showing commercials with the Hellcat in it. As
if they are readily available to be ordered. I have not seen one commercial for the Chevy Z-28 or the Shelby Cobra. I wonder how hard it is to get one of those?

I thought as much, my initial post was related to dealers not even being allowed to place new orders.

If yours has been given a an estimated shipping date, then that's great news. At least the suspension seems to be in place to clear back orders.

FCA are reviewing the order suspension on a monthly basis, you will start hearing rumors about ordering being suspended until August or other dates, but the official FCA word to the dealerships is that the orders/allocations are just suspended for March at this time.

Saw a Z/28 in front of a Costco here in Texas. That is one badass car, but it'll have to be for $75k!!
