That's correct on 2008-2014 Challengers. However, on 2015+ Challengers the stock PCM is locked, you cannot tune it. So the workaround is to buy a spare "cracked" PCM that you can tune, install that, load your tune on that PCM, and keep your stock PCM somewhere safe in case you want to put it back to stock again (dealership service, selling car, etc).

Here's some additional proof that the Hemifever tune totally rocks...

Got another new best time of 11.62 @ 117mph w/ 1.61 60ft time in 750ft DA. That's about .35 quicker than my average times last year on the stock tune with stock wheels/drag radials in similar DA. .1 or so is likely from the Racestars, but the bulk is coming from the Hemifever tune.

Well I am finally joining the Hemifever scat pack club, after putting around stock for 2 and a half years...

Gotta find some good pavement for the data log 0-75 run. She roasts the 275s on the slick roads here! Guess I’ll have to ease into full throttle.

Cool man! It definitely wakes the car up!

See if you can find a stretch of road where you can go up to 100mph or so. The car will register more knock in 5th gear under load than it will in the first 4 gears. Need to get up to 90mph or so I think to get into 5th gear.

Between the tune and the wheels, my car has run in the 11's all year long. Anywhere from 11.5-11.7 typically. Very happy with how the car runs!

I would only recommend logging at those speeds on a track. The logging I request does not require you to hit those speeds on a public street.

Yes, sorry, what he said, only do that on a track! :)

Grudge night at the 1/4 mile is friday night! I will probably log that, but I’ll do the regular datalog this evening and email it.

I have big ol 20x10s on all four corners, and no drag radials, and I row my gears myself, so your timeslips are safe lol.

There you go. Then you can see what the car is doing the whole way down the track.

I ran the stock 20x9's last year. They're definitely heavy! There are plenty of guys out there going faster than me. Good luck on Friday!
