Just got a Diablo trinity T1000 programmer with the 93 octane tune, Is the HEMITUNE so much better to make it worth the $350 plus, is the difference that much better? This beast will get sideways now punching it from 50mph. what are the benefits of HEMI over 93octane?

My best results so far have come from running a Diablo trinity tuner with the 93 octane tune, slightly modified by me ( I advanced the timing and added fuel) while running high quality 98 octane fuel. I'm going to send you a PM with some additional info.

I think the HemiFever tune is only $160 for tunes for boltons. If you would have bought the tuner from him it is only a little more but comes with the free tune.

From what everyone says definatly better.

For me, the Hemifever tune was MUCH better than the canned tunes. Both my 2010 R/T and my 2015 Scat Pack ran much stronger with the Hemifever tune over the canned tunes.

If you decide to stick with the canned tunes, hit up Jon (70barcuda) as he has had great luck running his modified canned tune.

new question. with the 93 octane tune, does my sport mode function still work? can I still turn off traction control myself or is that in the tune?

Yes, put the car in sport mode first then hold the TC button until it's all the way off. I know on my car if I do it in reverse order I think the car set's the traction control to what ever the sport mode setting is. If I do sport mode then turn off TC everything works as it should, I can hold gear for as long as I want and do a good burn out because TC is all the way off.
