Where ever your 'file location' is (ie., photobucket) copy the link and when your in the reply box, click on the little yellow square icon and paste the entire location including the xxxxxxxxxxx.jpg into the box field and click ok.

I use imgur.com...upload a picture, copy and paste the BBCode into your post.
