Is it true the hellcat only has 500 HP until 500 miles?

Man, My car dyno'd at 692 RWHP at 325 miles. The launch control does not work until 500 miles.

Fur Shur! Must not be used to this kind of power. Funny thing is the car is super stable and controllable. I can't believe how nice of a ride it is.
