Where's the bottom bumper cover? Or maybe it's called the bottom bumper trim.

Honestly I don't think it's any particular Dodge heritage color. I think the owner just decided to repaint his car and chose this color from a palette swatch at Earl Scheib. Smart money says the door sills, inner trunk, and engine bay are still the factory color.
