Artificial Idiot is what that term should stand for...because if humans had any part in designing it, it's bound to go off track and kill us all off eventually! 🤣Fear not AI is coming.
One of my favorites and a good example of what lies ahead with AI efforts...I'm a long standing SciFi reader. Remember the the Issac Asimov's storyline "I Robot" or seen the film? Laws are to protect those that make them, not for the general public.
LOL, I failed to returned hard cover to the school library. Got a $6.50 bill in late fees from them about 2 years later and graciously paid it along with returning the book. Went out and bought my own hard copy for almost the same price.I got the original Hard Cover Book !!!
There was another Movie made in the 80's about an AI taking over and destroying Humanity. I forget the name. 🤔The Austrian actor was in it Arnold something and James Cameron's ex-wife, Linda. I hope to GOD that's not what we're destined for!One of my favorites and a good example of what lies ahead with AI efforts...

I have two 1964 Imperials; one LeBaron and one Crown. Admittedly, the 413 in a 5,000-pound car is not exactly a road rocket, but it does get about the same gas mileage as my Scat Pack. 🤓The only major thing that might stress me out is the computerization and eveything being tied together to that as a unit because of it. It is generally no problem in most cases, while there's a warranty, but shop time and rates will likely be horrible if you have to have someone decipher a problem 10 years from now. By then, all the costs will come out of your own pocket and at that point you'll possibly be wishing you had a 1970 Chrysler product in the garage. Time will tell...
- [How long do the Mopar Extended Lifetime Warranties really last? That would be another question that should pop up in an owners mind.]
I have copies of the "Foundation" series. Around 1970 when Isaac Asimov still resided in Massachusetts, I phoned him (he was listed in the White Pages at that time) and asked if he would sign my books. He told me yes, so I drove from Illinois to Massachusetts and met him outside his house. Somewhere in my home I still have a photograph of him standing by the car I owned at the time, a 1967 Imperial convertible.I got the original Hard Cover Book !!!
Yep! And they left behind a lot of ticked off Challenger/Charger owners......My oh my, off subject completely again ! My I suggest to those that lose track of the subject to open a new OP ?
That said here is a recent quote; " Stellantis wants to be known as the premier SUV manufacturer in America " ! Giving up on the current LA body vehicles when their sales are so high, DUH ! There has been way too many short sighted decisions by Stellantis as they pursued the high profit PU trucks and SUV trend. FORD and GM are still laughing themselves into fits as they ramp up Mustang and Camaro production !
Pretty sure it was announced that 2024 is the last year of the Camaro to. They may put out some BS EV model nobody wants. Who knowsMy oh my, off subject completely again ! My I suggest to those that lose track of the subject to open a new OP ?

Maybe it’s obvious to us, but there will always be a ready market for Big V8 muscle cars (of whatever make/model), unless that market is effectively crushed by federal regulatory manipulation or explicitly outlawed by federal or state legislation. And both schemes to “de-muscle” what are clearly popular vehicles are now in event-horizon mode.Big mistake, and Dodge sales are going to tank.
