I have a guy in another town near me that has the whole stock exhaust from a 2013 srt challenger Exhaust manifolds, catalyic &pipes,cat-back performance-tuned exhaust with chrome tips. Plus throttle body and air intake assy with filter. Like new with less than 300 miles will all of this fit my 2013 challenger rt with no problems he wants 700 for every thing

It sounds like a good price to me. Any after-market cat-back will run you at least $700 by itself, usually more. Throw in the exhaust manifolds, throttle body, air intake (I assume stock SRT) & mid pipes, for the price of $700 they're almost free.

Not much. Maybe 5-10 hp. on a stock engine.

Well I am going on the buy side...the exhaust manifolds are almost as good as shorty headers and you are getting bigger pipes so the gain would be the same as an aftermarket cat back. You will need a Diablo to get anything out out the TB. JBA Shorty headers are $498....just saying...
