Labor cost for a CAM swap?

sounds reasonable, but what will the gain in hp be.
 
time wise it will be easily 15 hr of labor ,plus coolant ,oil, gaskets and shop supplies(wipes ,rags and cleaner) most garages around me charge $110 + per hr.and then we got sales tax, mine cost around $2300 with springs ,lifters and tie bars and mds delete
