LED lighting issue

Hey guys, iv'e been looking through the forum and came across the idea of changing out the interior light with leds. Everything was good until i got to the back 2 courtesy lights. I can't seem to get them out and i didn't want to damage my ceiling so i stopped. Anyone know a safe method? If i can't get them out i may just stick with the regular bulbs as i don't know if they match. Thoughts? Thanks
