Just looking up the part number for the regular cap (52030389AB) it looks like that cap fits the Challenger all the way back to 2011 models. You can probably pick up a locking Stant from the parts house and see if it works and if not, return it.

 

Just try any Challenger compatible locking cap.. AutoZone had one that fitted my SXT plus...Apparently the filler is an anti siphon design—the baddies punch a hole in the tank’

Yep stant 10508 is what you want.

 

I used a Jeep Wrangler JK and Other Jeeps Gas Cap Locking with Uncoded Cylinder & Tether (Part # JOP-68030940AA), It fits the Challenger perfectly, but it's a more expensive option. It sells for $35 on Amazon, and hiring a locksmith to cut the lock cylinder to fit the key in your FOBIK will put you back some more. But the reason why I went this route was exactly for that convenience.
