Magnaflow 2.5 exhaust - using factory tips or other rectangular tips?

I'm looking at getting the Magnaflow Challenger Exhaust 2009+ Dodge Challenger 5.7L Dual Rear Exit. Does Magnaflow or any other vendor carry a rectangular (near stock) tips? I do not like the circular tips. In fact, can I use my factory tips on the Magnaflow? Do they fit and handle the upgraded flow? I guess I could look at my exhaust, but I'm traveling and it's relaxing from my left foot.

Thanks.

I just got my new Corsa Extreme installed and it's a little more mellow than I expected, but it sounds great when you put your foot in it a little. And the best thing is there's no drone at all which makes me happy.

I have the 16885 with the round tips and I like them. Fitment is good and they don't look stock which is the look that I wanted.
Yea i wanted to get away from the stock look. My 16891 only has two mufflers and the true X pipe and at idle both systems sound the same. but man when you rev it.....! it sound amazing! it sounds just like the Chip Foose TerraCuda in the commercial. no drone on the highway.... a buzz or too at certian rpms but that comes and goes quickly. I love it.

I will use the stock tips then.

So what about the MagnaFlow Performance (16516) rather than the Street (16514)? Why did you all go with the Street?
this is my advise since i just spent the money on the cat back.... (unless you want to keep our stock exhaust.... I did) just have the muffler shop hack off the rear mufflers and tips. there is enough pipe to cut to re weld the OE tips on and put two round 18" Magnaflows. it will sound very good. the front muffs are really short and have very little baffling in them they do not effect power.

that's what i thought when i drove mine home when i got my Corsa Extreme installed... geez this thing sounds "mellow", but i can assure you as time goes by and you get some good burn in time, it will start to open up... the best is yet to come!

I think you are right because I've only put about 100 miles on it since last week and it is already starting to wake up soom. Presidents Day weekend I'll be going to Las Vages so I'll be putting about a thousand miles on it then so we'll see how it sounds after some fast driving across Nevada. I can't hardly wait - just two more weeks.:4-wavey:

That sounds like a heck of a road trip... I would love to hear another update on the sound of your Corsa Extreme after your 1000 mile trip to Vegas... I have maybe put 400 miles on my exhaust since install... (i put my car away for the winter) but in those 400 or so miles, I could definitely hear a difference...

I'll be sure to give you an update on the Corsa Extreme when I get back from Vegas. Maybe you can direct me on how to do that? Now I just go to the link I get from the e-mail to get back to you in the Forum, but how do I find you in the Forum if I just want to send you an update? I have not tried to do that yet so I don't know how.

P. S. if you want to see my route I'll be taking go to Google Maps and put your start location as Ripon Ca. then Hawthorne Nv. then Las Vegas Nv.
I love getting out in Nevada to drive because it's so open and the roads are real good and hardly anyone out there- some of the back roads you can drive 100 miles and hour for miles on end without even seeing another car! Talk about breaking in the exhaust ! that should do it.

All you have to do is click on a members Name in a post and select "View Public Profile". Once there you will have the option of leaving a "Visitor Message" on that persons page... Looking forward to your personal opinion on Corsa Extreme... Thanks!
