I called Michelin about the Pilot MXM4 tires that had worn out on my car after 10k miles. I went to a shop in Columbus this past Saturday morning and had them inspected. Got a call today saying they would be reimbursing me 80% of the cost of my tires towards new ones. I do have to pay to have them mounted and balanced though. It'll end up costing me about $100. Still not bad at all. If anyone else has this issue, call them! I know others has mentironed the factory tires not lasting very long.

When I first thought about calling them, that was something I was afraid they would try to say. I have a friend who owns a tire shop, and he said if I had been spinning them they would be real chunked up and probably have uneven wear. So when I went up to the shop I made sure to point this out. I have spun the tires a little bit, but only once on dry pavement, the other few times it was wet out. Those tires are currently on the front now, as I rotated at 5,000 miles. I will definitely be breaking them loose on the way to the tire shop on Saturday morning.
