Miss the smell so I finally tracked down a local retailer. What fuel do you all run? I have a 2020 Scat Shaker R/T maual and absolutely love the whole driving experience.

VP MS109 is good stuff! I run that in my car when I race it in the spring/fall (cooler air). It seems like the car drops about .15 off the ET on average using MS109 and my 100 octane tune. It definitely runs a lot quicker with it!

I can't say I like the smell of MS109 though, it's pretty putrid to me anyway. I like the scent of the leaded race fuels more, though it's probably not that great to be inhaling those fumes haha!

This is really a use at your own risk oxygenated product, it is over 9% oxygenated by an additive, (MTBE) Methyl Tertiary Butyl Ether. Which means if your engine is not tuned for an increased oxygen level it can lean out at higher engine RPM. Racers know or should know to adjust the tune to run this, but this seems to be just Ohh Ahh!

Do not run this just to grab some extra power in your stock Challenger, or you may seriously regret it. Some Octane Boosters can even be a problem used on a regular basis, as they can foul your plugs and O2 sensors, been there done that. Research every product you use in your Challenger, and learn the hows and whys before you use it, and then use it at your own risk.

My car needs roughly 8-10% more fuel in the tune when running MS109. It definitely makes more power over pump gas. But without a tune it's a waste. Also, you really should have an A/F ratio gauge to monitor where your A/F is. If you mix it with a couple gallons of pump gas, it's hard to say exactly how much fuel you need to add. I like to keep the A/F around 12.2-12.5:1.

Then there are the health hazards, it's a carcinogen and can damage the liver, kidneys and other organs besides being a high combustion risk. I would not store it indoors or transport it (in case some idiot driver runs into you).

It has all sorts of cool warnings on it. That's how you know it'll make your car faster haha!

I keep mine out in the garage. I wouldn't want to store any type of fuel inside the house. Just a bad idea in general. I have transported it home though from the speed shop. It's that or pay an astronomical price for home delivery.

Wound up finding a baseline specific mixing table. Nothing exact but a close start. I think a call may be in order anyways to get a slight tune. Not that I'm tracking the car or using the fuel all the time. Mixed in only 1 gallon with 16 gallons of 93. Local shell carries their 93 nitro and thats what the car has had since it became mine. With what I do for a living, this stuff is a drink of fresh water LoL. Really using this to prep for winter storage so the fuel stays fresh from December to March .

I was running my ProStreet Sierra on C16 and my ProStreet Ranger on C12 AT THE SAME TIME.
That stuff was eating me out of house and home  then I switched to 93 + Torco for the Ranger and C12 + Toro for the Sierra "was still eating me out of house and home, LOL"
BUT AS A FAMOUS BAND ONCE SANG...

Ooh, that smell
Can't you smell that smell?
Ooh, that smell
The smell of death surrounds you

Smell of Death meaning anyone pulled up next to me in the Sierra, AND THEY WERE DEAD :ROFLMAO:
