I own a 2013 Rt classic 6 speed and I need to identify if my rear shocks are self leveling (nivomats) before I go and purchase eibach springs. Can someone please tell me how to identify these suckers. Thanks!
Your best bet is to jack up the car and pop one of the rear wheels off. There should be a white 'sticker label' on each shock. Get the part number off of the label and do an internet search for that number or call (damn, I can't believe I'm going to type this) a dealer and ask what shock that part number is.
The Nivomat touring and Nivomat load leveling shocks look very similar. I wish I could find a pic to show you...
Thanks I did just that this morning and called the parts department but they weren't to helpful. Part no. 5039356af, bilstein, yellow and has a long metal tube on the end of it.
