That's what I did...hook one side, then snap the other side onto the pedal.

the gas pedal should just snap on...hook the one side..If i remember right, one side has hook looking plastic tabs, the other just has big bump looking deals. So if you hook the one side, then press hard, the other side snaps into place. There's no sliding them on as far as I can tell. Heck you're one step beyond me...I couldn't get the brake pedal all the way on...just couldn't stretch it enough even after the hot water treatment, etc., so I have it mounted around the sides and bottom but not the top..but it's staying put.

Thanks ..snapped on good. I figured I would asked before I brake something. Installing the brake cover and hood struts went to easy I guess.

Ok you guys are paying WAY to much for your pedals...I went to the dealer, ordered the gas pedal,it was almost $5.00,$4.80 to be exact....took it home did a lil measuring...did a couple of cuts with the hack saw ...attached the e-brake and dead foot pedals with Velcro and what you see is what I got..[IMG]

I bought my car in January 2016. After bringing the car home, I found the pedal accessory kit in the trunk and decided to Google the directions since the directions that came in the box were awful. After reading how a lot of people struggled with the brake pedal, I was discouraged and decided to leave them in the box up until this evening. I took my hair dryer to the new brake pedal pad and held the dryer on high heat until I couldn't even touch it with my hands, used something to pick it up with, and set it on the brake pedal, I used the smallest flat head screw driver I had and placed the top on first, the left side, bottom, then the right. I took me a total of 30 minutes. So if anyone out there reads this, may I suggest the almighty hair dryer to get that baby on! pedals.jpg
