just bought my first Dodge Challenger it is a 2010 with 69k on it drove it from Tallassee fl to Pensacola fl in 2 hours it ran great the only thing is I hade a low tire light come on 20 miles from the dealer ship but the tire looked and felt fine how low dose it have to be to activate the low pressure sensor

I've gotten the low tire pressure light, usually when the weather gets cold and the air in the tire doesn't expand very much. Usually seems to be about 3-5 lbs lower than optimum.

The monitor will set off when one of the tires varies 3-5 pounds from the rest. If the tires are at 40 lbs and one drops to 35 then the monitor will go off.
