Was looking at the engine bay on my 2014 Rallye Redline today and noticed on the side of the engines near the bottom, I saw what looks like clear plastic wrap on the suspension springs?? Went and looked at my sons 2014 SXT and he has the same plastic there also.

Have you guys noticed that on yours? Did you leave it on?

Reason for it is if you get a small amount of coil bind in the springs it stops the metal to metal squeak. Best to leave it on. Heck, I've even transferred it to new springs when swapping.
