Try this:
Ignition on (push twice without foot on brake)...dont start...wait for idiot lites to cycle...door closed...window up

"Some times the need to be retrained if the module looses power . With the key on and the door shut and window up hold the window switch down all the way till the window bottoms out , do not release the button but hold in down for about 5 seconds . Then do the opposite for the up part holding the button also at the top . This should retrain the windows"

hm..did not work and tried more then once
:( so i guess im going to be replacing that sensor.

i called the dealership and they wont tell me jack about the problem only thing they are saying is that it could be alot of things. most of it i ruled out but they want 110$ (canadian) just to look at it.

im going to research the sensor part and learn how to replace it. if i do solve this problem i will post the solution.
Did you try a couple times?
Door closed, turn ignition on, let the dash lites cycle...lower window to bottom and hold button a couple /5 secs (you should hear a click)( your check engine light may flash during this) now raise window to top and hold (click) now turn off key...open n close door
